My name is Tetiana Petruk
I'm looking to acquire and operate a small business that's been built with care. If you're a business owner considering stepping away, I'd love to talk. My goal is to take over a company where I can honor the hard work you've put in - keeping the strong bonds with your employees, customers, and community alive while continuing to grow the business.
Size: Annual Gross Revenue of $700K to $2M+ with a history of consistent profitability.

My Story
From the start of my career, I’ve been drawn to businesses that are built with care and run with purpose. I began in auditing, where I developed a deep understanding of financials, risk assessment, and what makes a company truly sustainable. That foundation led me to consulting at McKinsey, where I worked closely with business owners across industries - helping them improve efficiency, optimize operations, and drive growth. Whether it was streamlining processes in mining and banking or developing new financial products, I saw firsthand what it takes to build and maintain a thriving business.
After earning my MBA from Harvard, I moved into strategy and product management, first at Dell and then at Expedia. At Dell, I helped shape the company’s cloud infrastructure and data protection approach - identifying market opportunities, refining product portfolios, and ensuring businesses had the right tools to succeed. At Expedia, I built and scaled financial and InsurTech products, led cross-functional teams, and developed data-driven strategies to balance growth with long-term sustainability.
Through all these experiences, one thing has remained clear: great businesses succeed because of the people behind them. The strongest companies are built on relationships - between owners, employees, customers, and the communities they serve. I’ve spent years helping businesses grow, and now I’m excited to take the next step by acquiring and operating one myself.
If you're thinking about transitioning your business to someone who will care about it as much as you do, I’d love to connect and learn more about what you’ve built.
